When we were told we had to consult with a fertility specialist, I was heartbroken. We then found out how much IVF treatment costs. I would like to express my appreciation towards your company for your excellent service to me in regard to my accident I had in September 2008.
At the time of my accident I did not have a medical fund in place and the operation I had at the time was not successful.
I spoke to Elsa at your office the morning of the 15th June, who assisted me with my application and the same afternoon at 15h30, Elsa contacted me to inform me that she was handling my application. The next morning I received a telephone call from another consultant to confirm my application was approved and the money for my operation with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Roux of Durbanville Medi-Clinic will be paid directly into his account.

In March this year, I decided, after years of deliberation, to finally undergo the rhinoplasty I've always wanted. Initially this seemed to be quite a daunting experience. Not only would this be a painful process, but the procedure also wasn't cheap, and the medical wouldn't pay for it. This meant that I had to charge this to my credit card, or get a loan from the bank. But this didn't stop me; this was something I really wanted.
With the surgeon's consultation I was given a pamphlet from First Health Finance, and that is where everything changed. I immediately gave them a call to find out how they can help me pay for my surgery. With extreme professionalism and friendliness, the consultant explained everything. I received the application forms via email, completed them, and faxed them back with all the other required documentation. Before I knew it, my finance was approved! They would pay the surgeon directly for the entire cost of the procedure, so that I didn't have to worry or stress about payments and accounts while recovering from my cosmetic surgery. It was as if a great weight was lifted from my shoulders.
I could now focus on my surgery. Although I was very nervous the morning of the surgery (I think it was nerves mixed with a lot of excitement), I was relaxed by the warmth and friendliness of the Rosebank Clinic staff. Being rolled into theatre, I wondered what levels of pain I would experience when I wake up. Images of Dr. 90210 rhinoplasty episodes flashed through my mind. Then I remembered my surgeon, Dr. Saul Braun, guaranteeing that I will wake up with little to no pain, and I (somewhat sceptically) trusted him on that. My mind racing, I closed my eyes counting the microseconds.
Waking up about an hour later, I was amazed to find that the pain wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was expecting the agony you would associate with having your nose blown off by a fire cracker, but instead it was more like a bad case of sinusitis. What a relief! The worst was over.
I made a full recovery from the bruising and swelling in ten short days. I bet my recovery would have been much longer if I had to worry about loans and hospital bills! The efficient, professional, and super friendly service I received from FHF made all the difference!
A few weeks ago the reality dawned on me that I actually did it! It is over now! FHF made my surgery possible and financially painless.

My upmost appreciation and gratitude goes out to FHF, if it weren't for FHF, I could not have given my wife the one thing she wanted most. Our 1 year wedding anniversary approached, the timing was perfect.
I have been with my wife in total for 6 years and recently got married in June 2007, In this time she periodically mentioned a breast augmentation procedure for her and I was always against it due to safety reasons and future complications; she is perfect in every way to me anyway; I soon realised and saw the years hurting inside and began to research the procedure and found it to be very safe so I tried to find money secretly for the procedure for her, even though I love her as she came to me, respectfully, I could now sway her mind.
